Service Nature

Thelaxenaijrax provides landscape design consultation and design services. These are professional services that involve custom work tailored to each client's specific project and requirements.

Consultation Services

Initial consultations are provided to discuss project scope, site conditions, and design objectives. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If a consultation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Design Services

Design services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables outlined in a service agreement. Refund policies for design services are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be specified in the service agreement.

Generally, refunds for design services are not available once design work has commenced, as the work is custom and cannot be returned or resold.

Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, payment for completed work is due. Any remaining balance for work not yet completed may be refunded, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
